Once upon a time, my best friend for life*, Mindy Kaling, had a blog called “Things I’ve Bought That I Love”. As you’d expect, it was amazingly hilarious. And I always loved her picks.
Since she hasn’t updated in a while, I’ll gladly carry the torch for her. Luckily, I’ve been shopping.

Gap was having one of their amazing “40% off sale” sales this weekend. I spent $55 and got these items. (Click the image to go to the site.)
I also got 9 pairs of underwear and a bra. But you can’t see those. That would be awkward for all of us.
But, still! All of that for $55! The shorts alone retailed for $50, so I was pretty happy with my ninja shopping skills!
Then, I went to Banana Republic and this tee caught my eye for Bear. It’s really hard not to buy a bunch of bear things when that’s your husband’s name. Usually, I show restraint, but this was $7. And he deserves me spending the big bucks on him.

I love those orange-y shorts! So cute! I’ve heard that the end of June is one of the best times to shop for clothes – you can score some amazing deals. I actually just bought a new bag for $3.21 at Old Navy. Crazy right?
Oh, pay day was Friday! I went shopping too! I bought a much needed new pair of nude heels, two t-shirts, & some flats. Then I stopped by my favorite thrift store and bought the cutest white alligator skin clutch! It’s totally real. Can’t wait to show it off here in a few days!
